1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after a verbal or written confirmation from our team via phone or WhatsApp. Submitting the online booking form is a booking request — it does not automatically confirm your cab.
Upon receiving your request, our team will call you within a reasonable time to confirm availability, provide the final fare estimate, and assign a driver. You will receive the driver's name and vehicle number before the trip begins.
2. Fare & Payment
The base fare for all cab types starts at ₹2,299. The final fare depends on your specific route, distance, cab type, trip duration, and one-way or round-trip nature of the journey. Our team will communicate the final confirmed fare before the trip.
- Toll charges and parking fees are extra and payable by the customer during the trip.
- No advance or online payment is required. Full payment is made directly to the driver at the completion of the trip.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, and Paytm.
- Any additional charges (extra waiting time beyond the free window, additional stops, or route changes) will be communicated and agreed upon before being applied.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the pickup time: No charge.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the pickup time: A nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover driver allocation costs.
- No-show (customer not available at the pickup location without prior notice): Full trip fare may be charged.
- Rescheduling is subject to driver availability and must be confirmed by our team.
4. Waiting Time
- A free waiting period of 30 minutes is provided from the confirmed pickup time.
- Additional waiting time beyond 30 minutes will be charged at a rate communicated by our team.
- For airport pickups, the free waiting period starts from the scheduled landing time of the flight (not arrival time at the gate).
5. No-Show Policy
If the customer is not present at the agreed pickup location within the free waiting window and has not contacted us to reschedule, the booking will be treated as a no-show. A no-show may result in a charge to cover the driver's time and travel.
6. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed pickup time.
- Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings throughout the trip.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and behaviour that endangers the driver or other passengers is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged accordingly.
7. Liability Disclaimer
intercity.cab and its drivers take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. However, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or government-imposed restrictions.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from a delay or cancellation.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or arrange for assistance as quickly as possible.
8. Changes to Terms
intercity.cab reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

The personal information you provide for booking purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
