We do not collect payment information. All payments are made directly to the driver in cash or via UPI/card at the completion of your trip.

Your information is used solely to arrange and manage your cab booking. Specifically:
- To call or message you to confirm your booking and assign a driver
- To coordinate your pickup — sharing your name and contact number with your assigned driver
- To send booking confirmation details via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable)
- To respond to questions or changes about your trip
We do not use your information for marketing, promotions, or automated messaging unless you have explicitly opted in.
3. Information we do not share
We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes.
- Your details are not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
- Driver-only: your name and phone number may be shared with your assigned driver to facilitate your pickup — this is the only third-party disclosure.
- Legal disclosure: we may be required to share information with law enforcement or government authorities only if mandated by applicable Indian law.
4. Data storage & security
Booking information is stored securely on our servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
We do not store credit card numbers or any financial data. Booking records may be retained for up to 12 months for operational and compliance purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a minimal, session-based cookie solely for security purposes (CSRF protection). This cookie is not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising. It expires when you close your browser.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar services.
